Hmmm I've always thought of this shape as the biggest casserole.
There is a formula in the Crown Lynn notes for volume .... maybe it will help ....?

Seascape measurements
My seascape casserole is 2.25 litres when filled just over the top of the inner rim. It is 22 cm across the top from outer rim to outer rim. It is 12 cm high without lid and about 16 high including lid. There is no backstamp and nothing on the base, not even a faint shadow through the glaze. But yes looks like you guys got the number right.

Here is my Ming vege dish. Pics from two different angles. Width of bowl (excluding lid) 25 cm, height of bowl 7 cm. Hope it's THE ONE.
