I have trawled through my Akl Museum notes and am happy to say...We have a number! It is 432 and simply described as Horsehead lampbase. It shares the same number as the male figure toby jug just as the Three Faces of Eve share the Santa Jug at 431.

So, thanks Manos, another number sorted!
