A straw fired waka
This auction is going well and I feel that this wasn't made by Titian, because I've never seen any of their wares straw fired. Paul Hemara did heaps of straw firing and as his Dad has the Titian Waka mould I'm wondering if it was made by him.

This is the second straw fired waka that I've seen on Trademe.

Re: A straw fired waka
I agree that the straw fired Terracotta one wasn't made by Titian and is most likely a Hemara family piece. Mine has Rotorua written at the bottom front.
