Diana Log Vase T.1, plus Sherwood and Crown Lynn Log Vases

Seem to be noticing logs & troughs more lately.. this was $1.50
Big 28cmL very pretty purple & green with 'mother of pearl' irridescent lustre &
its a little bit posh with a gold rim detail.
It also has an oval footrim & T.1  56?? on base.

Kat, I don't think these were made by Titian. The top T1 .. looks more like Diana Pottery or some other Australian vintage pottery that used this glaze.

The other log vase I don't know but I am sure it was not made by Titian.

The other log vase is in the Salisbury catalogues, so let's hope that oakpot tells us who made them.

Heres one I think is the Salisbury Log.. it has visible round feet.

This is the picture from the gallery of the bigger Royal oak log vase. Hubby is looking for it so we can measure it.

Kat your long white log does look like the Royal Oak one in the gallery. Is it also 21cm long?

Yes 21cmL.. it also has a coat of paint.

These two small 15cm Royal Oak Pottery logs have no markings
so they would be Sherwood Pottery blanks.
Royal Oak Pottery had no dealings with Titian Pottery at Henderson
by 1953.

Thank you oakpot. My little log vase that I posted ages ago was made by Sherwood for Salisbury. That is great news.
The straight log vase has 4 little round feet on the base.
