I picked up this cute little jar and lid with no handle this week because the colour is lovely and it was a bit different. It would be lovely to know who made it as i have had no luck searching the mark myself. It seems sort of rustically made and is signed RB 7197, does any body have any ideas?Who is RB? Img_2011

This is beautifully made, but how odd that the mark is roughly scratched in by hand ..?
The numbers could be the date perhaps .... ?  I've added it to the Mystery Marks Gallery.  Great to see you posting photos Carmensandeigo Very Happy

Thanks Ev i worked out how to post them Smile That is probably right i was thinking maybe it was to do with an order in which it was made but it seems more realistic to be the date 7/1/97. It is quite cute!
