Is this Harwyn or Salisbury's haselnuss?

My understanding is that Harwyn painted over glazed ware and Salisbury used unglazed blanks.

EV, Yes it has been glazed. It looked unglazed on my photo on the laptop but I checked the real thing and the vase is glazed and therefore has been decorated by Hawryn.
