Hi there, can you tell us the measurements for this vase please?
This is the Salisbury stamped number and they have been found to be wrong occasionally.
We got our shapes identification from the Sparrow Industry photos which show the numbers that Ambrico gave the vases ... check it out for yourself and it's definitely not a Shape 9.
I think that shape was made in two sizes .... but I don't have time to check it out right now.
However look at the top shelf in the photo below.

This is a Shape 10 Ambrico vase from the mid 1940's and there is a much bigger Shape 29 that is the same shape but larger. This question has come up before and is one of the Salisbury stamps that have been questioned.
