Crown Lynn Made in Mexico ?

I bought this on EBay some years ago from Canada I think. It intrigued me because it says on the bottom "Made in Mexico by Lofisa for Crown Lynn" A local Crown Lynn expert told me its valuable but I really dont know. Would love to know more about it. Any ideas please

I saw one of these once in Paeroa, but we were in a hurry and I forgot to go back and check it out !!!!
