This pottery was at Sovereign Hill, Victoria, Australia.
High fired stoneware, beautifully made and very popular.
The base has an impressed long tail B, also a stamp of a mine tower, plus
Old Ballarat Pottery
Made in Australia.

The mark was thought to be Barbara Skeltons, but she said it wasn't her mark and it's easy to see how different these marks are when they are side by side ...
