Help please to identify origin of unmarked large crock
Large, no potter’s mark, crock. Help sought to identify please. Measures 28.5 cm high, 19 cm diameter base and 11.5 cm diameter neck. There is an incised line right around the crock approximately 7.5 cm below the top. I know very little about crocks but thought this was a little different because of the transition in glaze colors from a recognizable “ginger” look at the top through a green brown to red/blue tinged browns. No chips or cracks. Would love to know more about it. Cheers.
