This is a hard one misled .... Titian did make this mug and Hobby Ceramics also made it too. Here is one link for you to check out ....

Re: help identifying hei tiki mug
And here are a couple more topics on the same mug shape.

The white interior suggests Titian rather than Hobby to me, like the Maori face mug Hemara made for Titian that went to market initially as Crown Lynn:

misled, I do not immediately recognise this glaze as Titian or Hobby but it looks vaguely Crown Lynn.
However ...
Unlike the Titian and/or Hobby examples we have seen, which are clearly marked Titian, this one appears not to have the Titian mark suggesting that it would then be one of those sold as greenware. If so it is a very pleasantly glazed example.
At the time bindi posted their example I was of the opinion that it was Hobby rather than Titian but two deep-pocketed collectors were happy to bid it into the hundreds of dollars as if it was Titian.
Tricky.

Re: help identifying hei tiki mug
Cameron Brown Jnr recently told us that Titian never glazed their work all over and fired them on stilts, so that rules them out on this piece.
They always had a footring that was free on glaze.
